Our grand babies are growing way too fast (like I knew they would!). Camila turned 2 month just the other day, and I am grateful for the ability to see her grow via FaceTime! In January we welcomed two new baby girls into our family. Camila Rose Manwaring was born January 2nd to Breck and Iris, and Claire Adelia Garrido was born January 23rd to Aubrey and Raul! It’s so wonderful having these two cousins come into the world healthy and strong, and so close together in age! Hopefully they will become best of friends! We finally got together one more time with the Holts, on New Year’s Eve, before all of our kids left to their various homes across the U.S. Finley enjoyed playing with the Holt’s cats, and Mason’s fun toys under the tree! We have an exact replica of Noah’s Ark in Williamstown, Kentucky, about 30 miles from where we live. The great thing about Christmas-time is we can see the Christmas lights for free, except for parking. One evening, between Christmas and New Year’s, we took Brittney, Sean, Finn, and Aubrey, (Merinda and Raul were still feeling under-the-weather) to experience the Ark Encounter lights (not quite Temple Square or Thanksgiving Point in Utah, but probably the closest thing to it in KY)….

We had a busy Christmas Eve day, mainly because it was Sunday, and our Sundays are always crazy. So our traditional candle-light Christmas Eve dinner was actually lunch instead.
