Aubrey and Raul wanted to celebrate Chile’s Independence day which was on Sept 18, so they spent six hours in the kitchen making and baking authentic Chilean food that would normally be eaten on Chile’s independence day (just like our Thanksgiving meal). We had wonderful week with family when Breck and Iris came to visit for the Labor Day holiday.
