Winter in Kentucky

Typically I don't like winters in Kentucky...

 because they are grey, cold, and depressing.

 But this winter wasn't so bad with new healthy gluten-free meals to create,

 The snow didn't stay around too long,

 once we shoveled it.

 And even the storm clouds

 reflected the most vivid colors,

 creating amazing sunsets!
