Auromzo Di Cadore

On the way back to our AirB&B from Tre Cime, we stopped at Auromzo Di Cadore to take pictures of this very beautiful lake!

Once again, the quaint village with church, surrounding foliage, evergreens, and grey protruding Dolomites!

Only this time lets add the most amazing crystal clear lake reflecting all the beauty above!

I love this picture!

Lago Di Braies

The next morning we left our Cortina B&B early to drive to Lago Di Braies and resort, another amazing lake at the base of the Dolomites!

Artistic picture of the lodge, taken by yours truly!

Of course, a beautiful church right in the middle of the resort!

Another picture of the church with me standing at the water's edge.

One of the reasons Roger wanted to photograph this lake is not only for the crystal clear water, but for these old row-boats that are beautiful in themselves, but can also be rented for a scenic float to the middle of the lake!

Brad and I againts the scenic backdrop of the in-line boats separating the mountains from their reflection!

Stunning reflection on the lake!

Blake & Josie and Brad & I walked around the entire lake, while Roger & Leanne rented one of those beautiful old row-boats for a romantic ride to the middle of the lake.

I love this picture…this scenic view framed perfectly by two evergreens!

Blake & Josie…how can you not feel a little romantic with this amazing backdrop?

Brad and I also feeling the love!

View of the lodge from the other side of the lake.

Pano of the lake and lodge

A couple on their row-boat in the middle of the lake. I am glad we got to the lake so early because by the time we returned to the other side of the lake, there were people everywhere, and every available boat was floating in every corner of the lake. Roger meticulously planned out every minuet of this trip in order to get the best pictures possible, and I am so not mad about it!

All the boats out on the lakeBack at the lodge we enjoyed our brunch of cake, croissants, and hot chocolate!

I could really live like this everyday!

Cutest little girl pointing to the resort sign hanging on a tree, I couldn't help but sneak a picture of her!
