I had a great birthday and Mother's Day this year…Celebrating both at home with Merinda and Aubrey and family!Claire helping me blow out my candlesEnjoying angel food cake with strawberries and cream!Claire very much enjoying it too!FaceTiming with my other kids and grandkids while opening gifts from them. I received so many thoughtful gifts from my wonderful family and friends!I also enjoyed dinner at my fav Mexican restaurant,and dessert at Hoggy's, of course, with Veronica and Rex!The icing on the birthday cake was taking a quick trip to St. Louis—and down memory lane—where we had delicious Italian food “on the Hill” and frozen custard from “Ted Drewes” (of course)!

And visiting our good friend's Manuela and Larry in Troy MO!So much fun catching up with them and Cypress!And no trip to Troy would be complete without a drive through our old neighborhood,and taking pics of our old house—such good memories!
